A nettle cake!! I am so into this! I have so many nettles and for some reason I can't get the folks on board for nettle soup, so cake it is!

Whelp.

On my way to buy some early rhubarb to tuck into this cake! Nettles tomorrow! I wonder if I could put some of the puree into fresh tortillas too... With mushrooms, maybe as a quesadilla?

It's past lunchtime, can you tell?

I want all of the recipes, but at this very moment I want to eat the butter dipped radishes - something about those sound so perfect for Easter - looking rather like decorated eggs in their way. 💕

Yes! I’ve tried them in tortillas! It’s lovely. I believe that was for an early test for Rooted Kitchen. I was making corn tortillas. If you try it report back. And I love the idea of rhubarb with it. I think it’ll be lovely. In an earlier version I put roasted strawberry jam in between the layers. Lots to play around with. Heard about the radishes! And that’s a perfect idea for Easter.
