Darn, having trouble finding the pistachios today, and forgot the red chile. Luckily, we are celebrating on Friday, because family celebrations are better with the family present, so I'll have just a bit more time for shelves to restock. Looking forward to trying it (I feel like I might be going overboard this year, but some years you just GOTTA, and this is one of them).
