“It is spring again. The earth is like a child that knows poems by heart.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
Taking a bit of a break from my book edits to come say a quick hello and to let you all know that I have just hit publish on a new website:
There is now a place to quickly access this newsletter, the recipes, and new offerings that I’m so excited to finally make available to you all.
Like so many, during the last few years, I found great refuge outside. Being ever curious and always eager to learn, I started to dig a bit deeper into the scientific and spiritual findings as to why I was feeling better mentally, physically, and spiritually when I was outside. This delightful digging down rabbit hole after rabbit hole led me to a year long program through the Center for Wild Spirituality. After completing the EcoSpirituality certificate I joined a team of incredible guides to help guide the next cohort through the program. During that time I also became a certified nature and forest therapy guide and am just wrapping up an integrative life coaching certification as well.
All of this so that I could use what I have been learning to share with others and witness them on their journey. I’m finding myself eager to create and share tools that excite and invite us into deeper relationship with the natural world. Obviously food is a huge part of that for me and if you’re reading this newsletter I’m quite certain that is true for you as well.
I would be delighted if you would poke around on the site and ask any questions that arise. I’m super eager to hear if this resonates and what is drawing you in. Also, be sure to notice the Sacred Spring Guiding that begins next week! As a way of saying thank you for the incredible support my paid subscribers give me I am opening this program up to you for $50 off the price ($125 total). Contact me directly (artisansweets@gmail.com) or through the site to sign up, ask further questions or schedule a time to connect to learn more.
Okay, that’s all for now. The edits are calling and the deadline is looming!
Deeply impressive, Ashley - you're on a mission with all the gifts and training to make it count for good!
Can't decide if I luv your food ideas more than your photos or your photos more than your food ideas!
